Sterling Pick launches with a small group of founding apps. Their makers get the best terms we’ll ever offer, in return for trusting us before launch.

What a founding place gets you

• The review fee waived (normally $99).
• Your first year listed for $149 (normally $249 a year).
• Renewals locked at $149 a year for as long as you stay listed.

Paying doesn’t buy approval

Your app is reviewed by hand against the same nine criteria as every other app. If it isn’t approved, or it isn’t listed by 31 March 2027 for any reason, you get the full amount back automatically.

How it works

1. Buy a place. You get a claim code and an invoice by email.
2. When applications open, before launch, sign in and enter the code. We’ll email you when they do.
3. We review your app. If it passes, it’s listed at launch, planned for March 2027, with the first year already paid.

For businesses

Founding places are for app makers buying for their business. Checkout asks for your business name and billing address, and takes your VAT or tax ID if you have one. Read the founding terms before you buy.
